🥑🍅🌿Slice whole avocado in half; remove seed; separately dice tomato, onion, chop fresh cilantro, squeeze lime juice, add hawaiian sea salt, 1 pinch Kauai Farmacy Curry powder, and 1 pinch Kauai Farmacy Savory blend; combine together; scoop salsa mixture over avocado halves; add minced jalapeño if desired heat; garnish with raw flaxseed cracker; scoop with a spoon; Enjoy! ✨

Ginger Honey Glazed String Beans

INGREDIENTS: String Beans, Garlic, Macadamia nuts, Coarse red Hawaiian Sea Salt, Olive oil, Lime juice and Kauai Farmacy Ginger Honey and Curry Spice Blend. Cream sauce: Cashews, Ginger Honey, Lime juice, Spring Water and Kauai Farmacy Savory Blend (all organic).


KITCHEN TOOLS: Mixing bowl, sharp knife, garlic press and cutting board.


  1. Heat oil in the pan
  2. Crush 3 cloves of garlic through the garlic press and add to the pan
  3. Wait until garlic is nice and hot, then add small amount of water and stir garlic and water together
  4. Add string beans to steam; Run knife through ¼ cup of whole macadamia nuts and add to the pan
  5. Season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of Curry
  6. Squeeze the juice from half a lime
  7. Drizzle Ginger Honey over string beans; Separately, blend together, cashews, lime juice, sea salt, spring water and Kauai Farmacy savory blend in a high speed blender until thick and creamy
  8. Plate string beans and spoonful of creamy cashew sauce topped with a drizzle of Ginger Honey. Garnish with parsley leaf, parsley flowers, pineapple sage blossoms or edible flowers of your choosing!

INGREDIENTS: Three medium-sized tomatoes, one large ripe avocado, the juice of two kumquats (can substitute the juice of one lime), one small sweet onion, 1 large pinch of Kauai Farmacy Savory spice blend, 2 large pinches of Kauai Farmacy Curry spice blend, one Hawai’ian chili pepper (or spicy pepper of choice), dash of Hawai’ian sea salt (or other sea salt), and one teaspoon cold-pressed olive oil. *all organic.

Ingredients: Pumpkin; Hawai’ian chili pepper; fresh Curry leaves; fresh Rosemary, Kauai Farmacy Curry Blend & Savory Blend; fresh thyme; fresh oregano; 1 small lime (zest of the rind only), Coconut meat; Coconut water; Makalea spring water; local, raw, organic honey; & Hawai’ian sea salt

  • First, remove the pumpkin skin with a veggie peeler.
  • Next, remove the seeds & soak them in bowl filled with water to separate the seeds from the pulp (This simultaneously plumps up the seeds) – This can later be used to make Spicy Pepitas for a light snack or to garnish your bisque (Spicy Pepita Recipe)
  • Chop pumpkin into cube size chunks & place in slow-cooker with approximately 1 inch of water blanketing the top of the pumpkin cubes; Add 1 tsp Kauai Farmacy Savory Blend; 2-3 pinches of Hawai’ian sea salt; and the supple parts of 1 Rosemary sprig; for 4-6 hours on low, or until tender.

This is how we make SALAD In OUR HOME:

Chop 1 large cucumber; dice 3-4 fresh tomatoes; sprinkle equal parts Savory Blend and Curry Blend (2-pinches of each); fresh-squeeze the  juice of 1 lime; drizzle cold-press olive oil (or sesame oil); and add a dash of coarse pink sea salt. Pair it with your favorite tea and Voila! – an enzyme, vitamin & mineral-rich meal.

From the Kauai Farmacy kitchen:
  • 1 tablespoon Kauai Farmacy Curry Blend (Curry Leaf, Yellow Ginger, Galangal Ginger, Turmeric, Kaffir Lime, Hawai’ian Chili Pepper – Sprinkle more or less for desired heat/flavor
  • 5 ripe creamy Avocados – mash
  • 1 large shallot – mince
  • 1/2 lime (squeeze)
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes-any variety (chopped)
  • 4 sprigs fresh cilantro (fine chopped)
  • 4 sprigs fresh parsley (fine chopped)
  • Coarse sea salt (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons cold-pressed olive oil (Drizzle)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kauai Farmacy Savory Blend optional: (Tarragon, Oregano, Rosemary, Tulsi, Sage & Thyme) – Sprinkle
  • 1 head of red leaf cabbage (cut in palm size petals)
